"The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a LIGHT HAS DAWNED!" Isa. 9:2
Alaska is called the "Land of the Midnight Sun". In the summer months , there are 24 hours of sunlight. One can hardly tell the difference between noon-time and midnight. Often, natural reality parallels spiritual reality. As a child of God, Jesus is our light 24 hours a day! In the darkest moments of life, He still shines as bright as Noon day!
In your darkness, turn to Him today. Let him shine His love into your circumstances right now! He loves YOU!
"If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers every spring.
He sends you a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He listens.
He can live anywhere in the Universe, but He chose your heart.
Now God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without
sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the
day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.
So face it, He is crazy about you!"
Therefore let us; GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD, FOR HE
IS GOOD; HIS LOVE ENDURES FOREVER! Amen.
